This page is dedicated to a hobby of mine- my favorite Operating System- BeOS. Development by the company Be inc. stopped in 2000 and development is now being continued (re-created actually) by the open source development community under the name Haiku.
If you or someone you know is a computer programer looking for a great project to get involved in from the ground up, please help!
(nothing against Linux, ubuntulogo is my other favorite OS ;-)

TalkBox is a text to speech program for BeOS
with a drag and drop interface and multiple
voices. Uses Festival speech synthesis (included)




Chat2Speech

Chat2Speech is a text-to-speech converter for BeShare.
Lots of fun! Now you can listen to BeShare while you do
other stuff! (like program for Haiku ;-)
Requires TalkBox or at least festival/saytext
